We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any regular priced items, simply follow the below steps within 30 days of your purchase date

Pack the item you wish to return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Be sure to include a note that contains your order ID number, return authorization number and your first and last name.

Please also write your return authorization number on the outside of your package. Remember we can only credit you for the items received back in our warehouse. Please note that All returns should be addressed to:

House # 227, F1 Block, Johar Town, Lahore.

Once your return is received and inspected by our distribution center, Customer Care will process your return. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item

Please note that only products purchased on www.cosvt.com may be returned for a refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

Please inspect the package for any damage when your package arrives. Note that it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear. However, if the product itself is damaged, please contact us (+92) 301 1126788 or email us at contact@cosvt.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for quick service. To assure quick resolution of the issue, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by Customer Care. Please note that our Customer Care team must be notified of all damaged items within 15 days of receiving your package.
